Pésima atención que recibí hoy de su ventanilla. No sé si el personal era nuevo, pero se demoró en exceso, me pidió información que en ocasiones anteriores no me pedían, no respondió acerca de mis dudas al respecto ni me dio de buena manera mi recibo. Tener un mal día no justifica tratar mal a sus clientes.

Pésima oficina, es miércoles y solo atiende 1 persona en ventanilla y 1 persona en plataforma. Para atender a 10 personas en plataforma pueden demorar de 2 a 3 horas, a pesar de estar ubicado en el centro comercial El Quinde, donde se supone debería haber una mayor cantidad de personal ya que hay mayor movimiento. De lo peor.
