Longplay

Excellent place to listen to great music and have a pleasant experience whilst shopping or browsing vinyls.

To say Longplay has a wide variety of vinyls is an understatement. They have a literal ton of vinyls - including Record Store Day's (RSD's) from past years and limited, foreign editions. They also carry a used section - which is always fun to look at to find hidden gems at a great price. Record players for sale and materials to care for 'em are also present. There is always a fun album playing in the background which prompts me to "Shazam" everytime I go - this adds on to the already pleasant experience.

The staff however, is where Longplay's magic happens. As soon as I arrived I was greeted by friendly and helpful employees that guided me towards a rewarding purchase and a positive in-store experience.

As if all this wasn't enough - the in-store coffee store is sublime. Amazing local coffee with delicious pastries (try the oatmeal cookies) - I believe they also sell some craft beers.

On occasions, they will do events and listening parties which is also pretty dope and certainly an experience you will not get anywhere else in Panama.

I cannot say enough good things. The store is clean and beautiful. The owner and manager both spoke with me and were very friendly. (I speak basically zero Spanish.) Don't be like I was - hesitant and intimidated to wander in the door. I'm so glad I checked out Longplay :)

I came across this store through a chance encounter with a very nice person who works here. Great and familiar atmosphere with a colorful selection of records and good beer. I hope I can come back again sometime.

Very nice record store. We are visiting Panama from the US and wanted to check out a couple local places. By far the cleanest and nicest record store I have ever been in. Very good selection and a friendly staff.

A very diverse music selection with a little bit of pretty much all musical styles and decades. Friendly service, fresh coffee and wooden furniture make it a must for audiophiles in Panama

Great place, nice music (playing and for purchase). I have to admit that I found some vinyls that are somehow hard to find these days online for the price that they have in here.
I was there to buy a turntable and they were really helpful in letting me know the proper care, clean procedures, installation, etc

Excelente lugar para conseguir buena música en el mejor de los formatos, puedes escuchar música, con un buen café. Además de todo lo que necesitas para cuidar tus “tocadiscos”, excelente atención. Obviamente recomendado.

Longplay para mi es muchas cosas en un solo local!!

Encuentro con la musica en vinilos y sus accesorios, toda una maravillosa experiencia la atención de los colaboradores, asi como revisar sus muebles e ir recordando esos temas que nos han acompañado junto a seres queridos en lo largo de nuestra vida!
Tambien poder disfrutar de un sitio solo o para reunirse y compartir con amigos distintas bebidas, té, infusiones y a base de café de especialidad panameños preparadas con mucha experticia y cariño por los colaboradores en los mejores equipos junto a una seleccion de empanadas y postres para que siempre tengas la mejor experiencia!!!

Mi resumen es que todo te envolvera en una atmósfera de tranquilidad y hara que tu tiempo aqui sea mucho mas placentero, lo cual hara de Longplay un sitio frecuente!!

Es de esos lugares que les importa servirte un buen café. El ambiente es muy bueno para escuchar música e ir con tus amigos o pareja. No tienen opciones de comida, no vi al menos...he ido un par de veces y me tomo un flat White. Mi misión de vida es encontrar el flat White más rico y este es uno muy bueno! Tiene una gran variedad de discos vinilos ya que ese es el main business I guess. Y es PET FRIENDLY😍 Lo recomiendo 👍

Logplay es un lugar mágico.

De los lugares que conocí en Panamá, este fue uno de los que más a gusto me sentí.

Puedes conocer buena música, tomarte un café o una excelente cerveza de La Rana Dorada. Además de conversar con las personas que estén en el negocio.

Estéticamente es muy bonito.

Tienen muy buenos discos, algunos difíciles de conseguir en otro lugar.

Очень классный магазин. Сотрудники вежливые ребята. В магазине в основном новые пластинки для нового винило мана как я очень много чего. Подержанных пластинок мало и особо не чего смотреть. Стильно оформленные два этажа,есть где посидеть попить кофе. Он кстати тоже на очень высоком уровне приготовлен. Вообщем в этом магазине есть все что мне нужно. Я к вам ещё вернуть, спасибо.

Concepto diferente.
No sólo es tienda de discos de acetato y tocadiscos, también es una cafetería "especializada".
Relajante ambiente, excelente café (no comercial), personal amable dispuesto a enseñar sobre el mundo del café.
Seguro vuelvo.
