Mi Ranchito | Costa Verde

Embarking on a journey back home to San Carlos from Panama City, my wife and I decided to make a delightful pit stop at Mi Ranchito in Costa Verde for breakfast. This turned out to be a decision we’ll cherish forever. From the moment we stepped into Mi Ranchito, the warmth and hospitality of the staff enveloped us, making us feel like family rather than first-time visitors.

The food, oh the food, was nothing short of incredible. Mi Ranchito presented us with a buffet that was a feast for the senses. An array of breakfast meats that were perfectly cooked and seasoned awaited us, alongside fluffy pancakes and golden toasts that were just begging to be devoured. The eggs, available in all styles, were a highlight, perfectly matching every palate. The coffee was rich and aromatic, a perfect companion to the vibrant local juices that provided a refreshing burst of tropical flavors.

The fried fish is absolutely to die for and it's the best I've had in Panama hands down!!

8/5/23– We stopped here today . This is the first restaurant I tried while on my trip in Panama, Rep. of Panama . We were looking for a Fonda or a Panamanian restaurant . Mi Ranchito was what I was looking for . We ordered the chicken the soup and added an order of white rice , caffe latter —-very good and tres leches . My nephew got the grilled chicken and rice . All was excellent . Our water Jose was very nice . You can order from the online menu but they also hav ran actual menu . I always like to have an actual menu . I loved coming here . Totally recommend .

Best comparison to a US Denny’s only with Panamanian fare. Highly recommend the pepper steak!

Such a cute little spot, especially for breakfast. Went during the World Cup as the boyfriend and I were in a panic looking for a place in costa verde that was showing the early 9 am game. Luckily we found Mi Ranchito just in time. The servers were very attentive and didn't mind that we stayed to watch the whole game. Will definitely go back!

I love this small restaurant everytime I stop at Costa Verde. Love their Sancho Soup and fried fish. Delicious food and good prices.
