A good supermarket with also a pharmacy inside. Prices were pretty good overall. You can get all your produce and groceries at this market. They also have some international products which is good to see. The cashier was very nice, even though I couldn't understand Spanish.

Nice store, can some US products hat we couldn't find elsewhere.

It's good and recently opened Juan Valdez Coffee ☕ store.

Good prices, wide variety of product's. There is also a pharmacy in the supermarket.

A good supermarket with a good selection of fruit and veg as well as other food stuffs and even some hardware items.

Great and well sorted supermarket where you can buy everything even electronics and also behind meat food.
They do also have the German bread “pumpernickel” or whole grain bread if you want to go for the healthy food.

This was the First grocery store I went to when visiting Panama. Stocked our hotel/apartment with fruits, wine and necessities. Real convenient place! Loved it!

What you come to expect from El Rey supermarket chain. Roofed parking, which makes it really comfortable on rainy days

Loved shopping there as a tourist. Variety of chocolate & coffee!

Access is easy and the it's not too big a Rey which means your shopping is done in less time than say the Calle 50 one. Of course it all depends where you live. But for me the other local option is the 99 in Via Porras but Via España's Rey is easier to park at and easier to reach.

I am a tourist spending a few weeks in Panama. I observed the REY brand as I have driven around Panama.
This one was the first time I had an opportunity to shop at the brand.

Great prices, huge selection.

Great supermarket, the deli often provides my dinner. They have Greek and other specialty salads, hot rotisserie chicken, freshly baked bread and desserts. Make sure to grab a bag of Ruiz coffee before you go.

We had been shopping at another store when we came across this store. This store is incredibly clean and reminds me of a typical American grocery store.

They have everything you could need including spirits, beer and wine. I was so surprised to see America's best beer. They had Hamm's and Old Milwaukee fully stocked in the cooler. I don't drink these in America. They carried my two new local favorites...Balboa and Panama.

The bakery is really nice here. I loved all the fresh baked buns and rolls. The produce section was also laid out great too. My favorite part was nice wide aisles. There was plenty of room to shop. Other stores are very hard to maneuver around.

This store is a little farther from our hotel but I would come back. The store carries many brands and has a wide variety of items to choose from.

Walking through the sliding doors for the first time was what i imagine it is like to walk through the gates of heaven. After 2 months in South America we arrived here and the options and fresh fruit and vegetables here changed our lives

My favourite supermarket in Panama city. Good prices and super easy to locate things. Some other markets have a bit confusing placement of goods.
