Super 99 | Paitilla

I think all the negative reviews refer to a time before the remodeling of less than a year ago, because now this Super99 looks spotlessly clean and with all products and produce neatly stacked. Isles are far apart enough that it is very easy to navigate even with a big trolley and there is a huge choice being this a large supermarket dedicated to food, house items and a pharmacy (you won't find car tires or gardening tools here). A decent proportion of items also seem to benefit from rebates or special offers.

Great place for travelers to do some grocery shopping. Reasonable prices and a great selection.

I am staying at the G&G Plaza AIRBNB across the street for a 10 day vacation. This supermarket is well kept, clean, safe, and secure with security guards. All the basic groceries that you need are stocked here. I make a trip over here once or twice a day just because of the convenience. Just be safe when crossing the roads to get there, traffic is brutal if you don’t pay attention.

Great prices and somewhat cheaper than Riba Smith & Rey's

Great, complete, cheap, perfect if you need groceries, beers, meat chicken everything and special because in this zone there are residence and apartments. Its parking is small and shared with other commerce stores and restaurants.

Get the whole homemade rotisserie chicken here for $6.56. We were able to make two meals out of it. We had 3/4 of the chicken for dinner. We were also able to get a side of rice for 99 cents. We used the last 1/4 to make chicken sandwiches for lunch.

The store is huge and has everything you need. They have a ton of fresh produce but make sure you find the person to weigh it and they give you the price sicker. The front cashiers do not have a scale and the nagger will have to go back to produce.

They have a huge selection of local and imported beer. Go local because at 50 cents a can you can't go wrong. Also buy the local rum too. It's great for cocktails and doesn't cost a lot. Making craft cocktails in your hotel room can make trips more affordable plus you can make it the way you want.

Check out here is great. The checkers are really nice. We experienced many unhappy checkers at Rey about a mile away. I'm not sure why they were so unhappy there but it made me feel bad to shop there.

This place has a large parking lot. It is like an American strip mall with other restaurants and stores surrounded around the parking lot. Keep your eye open for the black bird with the broken wing. He kind of lives here. I hope he's okay.

Really nice supermarket lot's of needed things soaps and fresh fruit and good meat counter with local pre prepared meals yogurt and a modest frozen food section. Well worth the time to stop by and shop.

I asked the recommendation of coffee to a staff. She was willing to help me. Another staff helped almost ten minutes. I really appreciate their efforts.

One of not so many 24 hour supermarkets. Between Punta Paitilla and Punta Pacifica always ensures foot traffic, quite a comprehensive selection of goods including alcohol.

I found everything I was looking for. Excellent supermarket. Always good. They are renovating which is good.

Good price. Nice selection. Clean store.

I love going there to say hi to the personel and buy fruits of all kinds
