I immigrated to Panama in August 2023. When looking for a permanent place to live, I came across Punta Pacifica Realty and was afforded the great opportunity to be assisted by Damian De Ycaza.

In a matter of days, he arranged and had all the properties available for viewing that I requested. He was gracious enough to collect me from where I was staying at the time to take me to all the properties I wanted to view.

Even when I changed my mind on the first property I had chosen instead of another he had to offer. It was never a hassle for him and he ensured the new apartment I selected, was ready and available for the time I needed it.

My experience renting an apartment with PPR have been great, specially (and because of) Carolina Tello, she went above and beyond to help me find the apartment that I wanted. I am from Boston, MA, USA and I came down to Panama to see if I wanted to winter here. I located PP Realty and found agent Jose Alberola. He was and has been nothing but great. As usual when you visit a new place and have a business transaction you can be a bit suspect. However, he made everything easy and showed me some short term rentals. I found one and then had to return to Boston. Before leaving I left a deposit and continued the process from home. He provided everything required and I wired the required deposit and signed the agreement. As mentioned you can be a bit suspect but I definitely trusted Jose and his company.
