We booked Monkey Island, Gatun Lake and Sloth sanctuary tour with PBA through Hilton Panama Hotel. Our guide Armando was the best guide ever! So knowledgeable, friendly and attentive! We learned so much about Panama, its wildlife and history! Armando knows everything about Panama! We got to see and feed different types of monkeys and birds. Were lucky to see a cayman and a small capybara. Highly recommend this tour and especially if the guide is Armando.

We stayed at the Hilton hotel in Panama City and arranged tours right at the hotel. We had Omar and Erik. They were great. We had a private monkey island and zip lining tour one day. In the evening we tagged along with some people we met at the hotel on a Panama City and sunset tour with Erik. The next day Erik took us and another couple of ladies on a Chagres River and Indian village tour. We weren’t aware that we needed water shoes for the walk to the Chagres falls so Erik took us all to a store to buy water shoes before we went. Then my husband liked the backpack that Erik had so he took us to the store where we could get one. He went above and beyond. You can arrange the things you want to see or they will suggest things for you to do. I can’t say enough good things about this tour company.

Alrick is amazing! He was very knowledgeable and gave great recommendations. We got to see some sights off the beaten path and he made sure we had enough treats for the monkeys on the Monkeys Island tour. Overall a great experience! And many thanks to Alrick we appreciated everything!
