Miles Rent a Car

Just excellent. They are available through WhatsApp 24/7 and everything can be taken care of through WhatsApp, in English. When I picked up the car we inspected all the damages together and afterwards they sent me over 70 pictures detailing all the scratches and dents that were already there. No fuss when I returned the car either, very honest review of the car. I was 2 hours late and the extra costs were very reasonable too. Staff at the office were friendly and spoke English perfectly.

Plus, the car was good and the price was great as well. Nothing bad to say at all. If you want to rent a car to see Panama, especially if you're visiting from abroad, I highly recommend them.

Perfect service, everybody is on your site and I grabbed a new car - it was OK, the only thing that there was no music (I couldn't connect with iPhone via USB or Bluetooth)

Recommend, price is not low, but with a maximum discount that I could ask for - it is normal. I will come back there.

Also, I liked the mood of everybody inside the office, including the dogs))) I felt positive all the time.

Awesome and Easy people to deal with. only company who rent cars out to 24 years old and above with reasonable and really good prices. Our car actually had a few scratches after the trip but it was all covered by the insurance and not even once we had the feeling that they were trying to get more money out of us or scam us, like some other companies. So we end up getting our 100% deposit back. Plus the girl at the Counter is cute.

100% recommended!! Great service from this rental company. They have brand new cars, great reates and lovely customer services. I'm super happy we didn't rented a car at the airport where we were told price $65/day. Here it's half. We returned car tidy and they gave us back the bond of $100 in cash. That's it. They don't charge you additional money. Really good company and nice staff.

Muy cumplidos y amables. Entregan y reciben el carro en la oficina y en horarios de la misma. Me entregaron el carro muy limpio y sin novedades. Es una muy buena opción ya que los costos de taxis salen altos si lo que quieres es conocer la ciudad o inclusive salir. Así mismo lo entregan con tarjeta Panapass (peajes) lo cual facilita la movilidad y pagas lo que consumes en la entrega.

Miles is very efficient, very friendly and very good! I got a great deal, everything was properly explained, and I had no problems making the reservation and the rental. I rented a car for a week, it was a new car, and it worked very well. Brought back the car with a full tank, no issues, and got the cash deposit back. They provided excellent service at all times. ¡Miles es muy eficiente, muy amigable y muy bueno! Conseguí una buena oferta, todo estaba bien explicado y no tuve ningún problema para reservar y arrendar. Alquilé el auto por una semana, era un carro nuevo y funcionaba muy bien. Devolví el auto con el depósito lleno y sin problemas, y recuperé el depósito en efectivo. Wenn sie ein Auto mieten wollen in Panama City, dann ist hier der richtige Ort. Sehr nette und freundliche Leute, der Preis ist gut. Die Qualität der Autos auch. Bei Rückgabe des Fahrzeugs hatte ich keine Probleme gehabt. Ich hatte 10 Tage gebucht, aber nicht alle Tage benötigt. Dafür gibt es kein Geld zurück, aber die restlichen Tage können später, wenn ich noch ein Mal ein Auto benötige genutzt werden. Das ist fair.
Ich bin zufrieden.
