This eating experience was just that a delightful eating experience. Our waiter was the best, a true gentleman and a scholar. I vouch that he get a raise. As for the food it was really delicious. The pasta sauce is to die for. Please don't die. The pizza on the other hand was exquisite. It was the one with the artichokes. Hella delicious 😋

Delicious Italian restaurant. The margaritas are one of the best ive ever tried. We ordered the lasagna, seafood risoto, and a pizza. I highly recommend the lasagna, it was incredibly delicious. For appetizers I highly recommend the bruschetas and the burrata. Absolutely delicious appetizers. The flavors are oustading.

We dinned at La Vespa in JW Marriott two nights in a row because the food and service was so amazing! Our server was Marco and he was went incredible. He recommended excellent wine parings with the food, recommended the carpaccio which was one of our favourites on the menu. He was so attentive: he set up a private booth for us to have a romantic night, made sure our wine was always cold and kept topping us up all night, took photos of us and made sure we were happy! 10/10 best item on the menu was the spaghetti carbonara. I’ve had pasta all over the world but this was the BEST. Marco definitely made our experience enjoyable and we came back twice. 100% satisfied!!!!

Amazing pizza, excellent service and great wine. This place is on the higher end of the price spectrum for a pizza joint but for a good reason, I consider this the best pizza in the city, it is really think crust, abundant on ingredients and cooked to perfection. The staff are very knowledgeable and attentive. Wine choice is good and very reasonably priced, even the offers by the glass.

We had wonderful dinner at La Vespa Ristorante. Great food, Great service. The place was clean and covid 19 practices were implemented. Such a great atmosphere to have dinner in.

This is hands-down one of the best Italian restaurants I've ever been to, anywhere!

I was greeted immediately upon entering and shown to my table. They have a great modern romantic decor and the wait staff is outstanding!

The food is absolutely incredible! From taste to presentation, everything is made with perfection!

I've visited this restaurant several times and I've enjoyed every dish that I've tried. The focaccia pizza, caprese salad, carbonara pasta, and many other dishes which I've tried I would easily recommend.

For me, the absolute must try, is their homemade creation of a tiramisu made with Nutella.

I honestly can't say enough good things about this vespa. And I make I point of stopping by every time I'm in time. You want be disappointed!

Excellent! Worth every star plus more! A fun place to dine with excellent service and excellent food!! Boris was our main server (though they really work as a good team) and we had a few laughs over the course of our meal. We sat outside and were pleased to see so many locals come in to dine. Our appetizers were beyond good and huge! Pizza was fabulous. If we are ever back in Panamá , we will return! Thank you!

Wow what a great dining experience in Downtown Panama City overlooking the cities beautiful skyline. The staff was spectacular and I highly recommend this restaurant.

Excellent Italian restaurant, food was fresh, well plated portions were good, the service and atmosphere at this place are good, great place for a casual meeting, not too fancy but good food I ordered the Mushrooms Risotto and the beef carpaccio both were great.

Absolutely amazing service, literally the best we've had anywhere in the world. The best margaritas I've had in years(not super sweet). The food was great, the ambience was perfect. Lesley was one of our servers and he was wonderful. I didn't catch our other server's name but he was wonderful as well.

There are two locations. Save yourself the time and choose this one over the location in the hotel. Sure, the latter has a better view but you'd be missing out on superior food. You can always see the ocean in Panama. Treat yourself to impeccable and attentive service; mind blowing cuisine; and a lovely dining experience in the city.

The picture of my Risotto Aranita (mini calamari and zucchini) doesn't do it justice; a nice looking and even better tasting dish. Angelo took care of us and between he and the other servers, they provided some of the best service I've had at a restaurant in a long time. The rest of the table got a pizza and a stromboli and they are big, if you're not fully hungry for dinner, 2 could easily split them. I didn't try their dishes, but the three of us were all happy with our meals. Pricing is good for the pizzas and very fair for the other options I saw. They do have some high priced items on the menu, which I'm sure are tasty enough to be worth it if you're looking to spend more, think $65 2.2lb steak. The atmosphere of the place is good, quaint with a proper amount of fancy thrown in to make you feel you're at a nice restaurant. They have music playing at a good level to allow for regular conversation. They brought mini margaritas (quite good) to the table when we were seated and, shortly after, brought a small morsel of polenta that had me wishing it was much larger. Free of charge. Was a small touch that was much appreciated. I will definitely come back to try more from the menu next time I'm in Panama City.

I need to update my review. These guys are fantastic! The service is above and beyond! They let me hang out here with all of my luggage, and when I forgot to go to the pharmacy, they let me leave my bags and my tab unpaid. When I came back from two pharmacies empty handed, they offered to send their delivery man to find an open pharmacy.

My new favorite restaurant in Panama - by far. Expect to drop $100+ for dinner for two - but also expect to be transported away to someplace magical. Attentive staff, well considered menu, ample wine list, skillful kitchen crew. What more could you ask?

First meal in Panama didn’t disappoint. Was a late last minute find after arriving. Local fish available. Fresh and flavorful.

Really good very tasty Italian food. Spaghetti with clams were really good! Bruschetta was also good however big enough to share. Nice busy atmosphere with very friendly staff and quick service.

Really nice place. Tasty pizza. The service was superb. Recommended!

The food was very good. The real Italian recipes. Carbonara with Pecorino Romano DOP and cured Pancetta. Delish.
