Ideal for a walk through the forest, you can find a diversity of flora, fauna and fungi, such as frogs, insects and many birds.
Bring water, mosquito repellent and raincoat.

It's actually the reserve for sloths, different butterflies, and poisonus dart frogs. It's very educational, plus you can schedule trips to see other wild life in the canal

Awesome trail with very nice views of the jungle. However it may become quite technical and difficult, especially on rainy days because of the mud and hills.

Great place to breath fresh air, very close to the city, just 15 minutes from Condado del Rey, there are some trails and also if you like off road or mountain bikes there is a road for that too.

I like the rainforest flora and if you are very quiet you can see some birds and other little animals, also try to wear long sleeve and pants that wouldn't be that hot, and last but not least that some bottles of water with you and leave it in your car, you will need it after you have done the trails.

In my opinion this is one of the most important places to visit if travelling to Panama. An abundance of wildlife in every direction, and breathtaking scenery along the walk. Beware of mountain bikers, has this is used extensively, especially at the weekends.

Took the trail next to the Centenario Bridge road. It's great for MTB. One hill was very steep, need to get off and climb with bike. There's some construction going on near the Merca, some Gamboa Water Co. Passed during a holiday weekend but there was a watchman on site, just say hello or good morning.

Great place to enjoy nature and fresh air. A guide is helpful and a good idea. The walking trails can be challenging in some areas but its truly a beautiful natural place. Do not recommend to stay in the area after the sun sets, its extremely dark and there is no lighting.Although some people camp there.

I saw more monkeys in the first 30
Seconds than the amount I saw in all of Panama. The two workers here were very nice and helpful finding me a perfect trail to match my desires. Plus he spoke English.

Well kept trails and friendly staff. We were able to see a lot of birds and bugs. Wear mosquito repellant and dress to avoid tick bites.
