This was a tour that got us out into the city and we were taught all about the history as we enjoyed the journey. Paola was a very experienced tour guide and we felt very safe at all times. It was not to hard, but was fun.

Paola gave us a thorough explanation of Panama’s history. It was amazing to hear everything and to see the sights at the same time. Plus the ride ended with the most delicious ceviche I have ever tried!

This bike tour was worth every single penny. The guides are very informative, patient and helpful (questions and pictures). It's about 2 1/2 hours and takes you around casco Viejo. At every stop there was a wealth of information from the guide. Also, we got to enter a museum. The views are breathtaking!! 10/10 recommend

This was a great experience! We visited a range of sites across central Panama City. Jean Pierre made it fun and interesting. He also ensured our safety at all times. I would highly recommend this tour.

We had a great tour led by Mayra. She speaks English well and could answer all of questions intelligently. I would definitely take this tour again. What a great way to see the old city and learn about its history and culture.

Great time on our bike tour with Go Panamá Bike Tours. Our guide, Mida, was engaging and very knowledgeable. We stopped to take in some amazing views and enjoyed the ceviche break at the seafood market. The bikes were in great condition and easy to ride. We would highly recommend this company and particularly, our guide.

I did the Sunday morning tour as a solo traveller. Our guide Jean Pierre was friendly, fully fluent in english, he shared great facts about the city. I did an other tour in the old town a few days ago which was lots of churches and not so good explanation. This was so much better. Thank you

It was the best decision to book this tour! We learned a lot about history and culture without this typical touristic feeling. The stops were perfect to cool down in between and we had some time to explore some places by our own! The bikes have been in a great condition and were comfortable. The route was really easy…it was flat the whole time!
All in all it didn’t feel like doing a tour with a guide but with a very good friend! It was amazing!

This was one of the best tours I’ve done! Our guide was awesome and taught us some much of the Panama history. We had a great group and we all interacted well. Clara is the BEST!!

I was really impressed with the tour. I haven’t biked in years, honestly, but consider myself in healthy shape (32M). We tested the bike and went over the safety rules and bicycle information. It did rain, but surprisingly that didn’t impact our ride (luckily the rain wasn’t too hard, and no lightning).

The tour guide, Paola, was very knowledgeable and gave us a lot of information about Panama’s history and culture. The guide was even kind to give us additional recommendations on how to spend our time in Panama, suggesting different bars and beaches.

I would totally do this tour again and recommend if you’re able to bike in the city. It felt like a fun way to workout and see the city.

I did the sunrise bike tour with a friend and we loved it! Early morning it’s nice and cool and feels very un-touristy. Mayra was a brilliant guide, friendly, super knowledgeable and answered all our questions very patiently! I would recommend the Geisha coffee option on your stop - it’s delicious.

Mib was amazing, she gave us a private tour just us 2 and her and we had the best sight sees and ended with fresh fish with great local company! A must to do to see so much in 15 km

Highlight of my trip to Panama! We did this on our second day so was nice to explore Casco Viejo while still new to the area. Our tour guide was amazing with giving us the rich history of Panama, the Canal as well as navigating through traffic efficiently and safely. Totally worth it on your next trip there :)

Great tour with Paola the other day. We had a nice, breezy ride on well maintained bikes. We were a group of 11 and we felt safe at all times. Though the ride was very easy, we still made several stops for others to rest (the heat is no joke) and drink the complimentary water that was provided to us. Paola gave us background information at each stop. It felt like a 2-in-1 tour, where we got to ride and also learn history. Paola also gave us recommendations on other places to visit. I did this tour my 2nd day in the city, and it served as a great introduction. Highly recommended.

Mayra is an excellent knowledgeable guide. Myself and my 80 year old mother had a great time.
