This is by far the best jeweler in all of Panama City. Salvatore is deeply knowledgeable about all types of jewelry and his service is simply impeccable respectful warm and he truly deserves the respect and trust. He never makes you feel rushed he takes his time he educates and informs fully and he's so generous in this way that I would always go back to him.

The store is set up with its own laboratory workshop area with all the necessary equipment to clean, repair and service your jewelry. No need to send anything out which helps for ensuring minimal delays in servicing .

Salvatore's team is professional and receptive. They serve delicious Italian coffee if you wish . They assist and ensure a smooth experience and are warm and welcoming .

I would recommend strongly that everyone go to his jewelry location right near the W hotel and the Paul Cafe.

I wish I could give this jewelry store 10 Stars. An Italian family owned business that pays attention to detail and excels in customer service. An on site Gemologist and workshop staff who are highly skilled! From a Nonno who greets you when you arrive to the owner who introduces himself and gives you a tour of his store and talks about his family business. Exception high end Italian gold and gem stones. They clean and repair jewelry and have their own design collection in 18K Rose Gold made by Isa. I bought gorgeous earrings too! Love Love Love my ring!

We had an amazing experience buying our wedding rings here. Their attention to detail, ability to connect with us and authentic care was one of a kind. Oriana was our sales attendant and she went above and beyond to make us feel special and to help us honor this important moment. Nino, the soul of the jewlery store (who has been working here 50 years) was sincerely happy for us and incredibly attentive. We recommend this jewlery store unequivocally!

Where do I begin with this incredible store?
I called the store and asked if anyone was able to speak English, Stefano came to the telephone and he could tell I was nervous, I was looking for an engagement ring for my (now) fiancé. Stefano calmed my nerves and explained that they had a variety of options and could do some custom work for me also. This was great, I arranged to go to the store the same day. I was greeted by the most friendly staff in all of Panama.
I met Stefano and he sat with me for hours debating on stone, colour, style and price. He was so patient with me and allowed me to express what it is I needed. Eventually we had narrowed the choice down to 8... yes, 8 rings, and Stefano had not lost his patience with me at all. Eventually I took a photograph of them and without hesitance he advised that I go home and think it over... no pressure, not once did I feel like I was under any pressure from the staff. They were so friendly.
I left the store and went home, after reviewing my chosen rings I WhatsApp messaged him (that's right, he gave me his personal contact info so he was always available to help!) and asked if we could move to a different band and have a certain ring/style. The request was answered within minutes and he assured me that everything I wanted was possible. I returned to the store that same day and selected the band, ring, stone, style and everything else. We even had a member of staff try the ring on so I could see it on a person. Then when my UK card was declined they continued to arrange for the ring to be prepared and said I could come in the next day to pay and collect. AMAZING and not at all did I feel embarrassed, they assured me that this happens all the time with international cards.
It was at this moment I met Mauro, the Gem expert who studied in the US and has his impressive certificates on display in the store. A lovely young man who assured me that there was no problem at all and they would assist me no matter what. At this point I think I had taken up about 6-8 hours of their time.
The next day I arranged to visit the store after calling my bank and I was met with the ring, boxed and bagged beautifully. Stefano and Mauro explained to me that the ring came with certificates of authenticity (they had also provided a certificate in English for me!) and that I could come back and have it cleaned twice in the year. I was then, to my disbelief, given a very beautiful and delicious bottle of champagne with some elegant glass's! Wow oh wow!
16 days later, after asking my now fiancé that all important question, we returned to have the size adjusted (at no cost) and Mauro arranged to meet me, not only did their wonderful staff remember me, they sat us down, introduced themselves to my partner and made it well known that I was a valued client. Mauro then proceeded to alter the ring AND THEN offered to clean my partners additional ring AT NO COST. I have only paid for the ring at this point and honestly the amount of value they had for my custom was incomparable to anywhere else.
If you have the opportunity to visit this store, please do so, they are 100 times better than your average Tiffany's etc. They are patient, polite, helpful and so, so kind it is unbelievable. One of the best stories of my life and I thank Salvatore Joyeros so very much. Thank you.
