One part Panama very modern the other part needs improvement.

I've been living here since March 2020.The building is nice with very basic amenities, and judging by the original plan for this residential and commercial space, it was scaled down due to dwindling economic conditions in Panama. The rooftop of the building was supposed to have been a bar or restaurant, and that is not going to happen anytime soon- or ever. Construction debris is very visible throughout the property (e.g., garage spaces with windows lying on their sides against walls, work benches in parking spaces, concrete rocks and wood pieces on the balconies, dirty exterior windows with construction debris, etc). Sure, the pandemic coincided with the delivery timeframe of many units in this building, so management had to restrict many planned activities, perhaps. But I don't know of any effort to address the clean up, now that the restrictions have been relaxed a bit. Also, more than half of this building, if not more, is empty. Great for not having too many people driving in and out, but I wonder about the future of the condo and its financial sustainability.
