Melhor atendimento que já recebi em uma locadora de veículos. Atendente extremamente atencioso, explicou tudo corretamente, cuidadoso com a avaliação do carro. Carro em ótimo estado, praticamente zero km com plásticos de fábrica ainda protegendo alguns itens.

We, i.e. six adults and one baby, had booked two cars weeks ago before boarding the plane to Panama. We just arrived at Avis and have been told, that there is no car available. The staff told us to check the car rentals next door. There was not a single word of regret.
I strongly recommend: Book somewhere else!

Lazy, unhelpful, unenterprising. All in all, zero star experience.

We had a reservation, but they didn't have a car for us. Maybe in the afternoon, maybe the next day, nothing certain. No deal for us, we went to Thrifty in the next booth to the left, who gave us a car on the spot.

Mais uma da Avis , deram um bilhete para sair do estacionamento, disseram estar pago , na cancela do estacionamento acusava cartão invalido , mais de 30 minutos para resolver
