National Car Rental

Great service at this location we had no complaints. The car was clean and new. It's nice that the windows are tinted on the front of the car. Helps with the heat. Location is easy to reach in a taxi. Close to Casco Vjejo.

We rented a car from here for 3 days to drive across the isthmus. It was a brand new car, very clean and in great condition. We also took a wifi Hotspot with us but probably would not have needed it. The guy at the front desk that checked us in and out was fantastic. He spoke English very well and was super friendly and helpful. We chose this rental company based off Google reviews and we were not disappointed.
The only downside and has nothing to do with the car rental is that Google Maps wants to take you to a nearby neighborhood as the location of the rental location which is obviously not it, so when you pull away, be aware of your location so you can find it when you try to return the car!!
I highly recommend this car rental company in Panama City and would definitely use them again when returning to PC.

These guys are the best. After reading about the problems in Panama with car rentals we were concerned that we would be ripped off. This is not the case Dayna and Carlos were so good to deal with. Wayan especially went out of his way to help with so much other information as we had only just arrived in Panama. When we returned the car they were even kind enough to drop us off at the nearby mall. I highly recommend this place.

Was kind of nervous about renting in Panama due to all of the horror stories but I had absolutely no issues with National Car Rental | Albrook. I received my vehicle in a timely manner and the staff was straight forward and honest. Made a $250 deposit and received back everything that I was supposed to get back.

Staff picked us up from our hotel. Easy to work with and dropped car off at the airport. Was given the vehicle we chose online and explained everything clearly. No issues with the car, and we drove it across the country and back!

Really good service at the counter. No up selling pressure to buy additional service. Car we requested was there. Clean and in perfect condition.

Good experience. No extra ensurance questions and a good clean car.
