Budget Rent a Car | Albrook

We rented a car from another agency but when we arrived late afternoon, the rental counter was already closed. Thankfully, Budget was still open and the young man L working there was super helpful so that we could get a car after all. This despite the fact he was in the process of closing. He went over and above to help us and we greatly appreciate him and Budget for that!

Be very, but very careful, I always rent on Alamo that is my favorite and honest car rental agency, but one day I was in a urgency to to rent a car, and my closest option was Budget on Albrook Airport, I rented a Kia Picanto here, the car was dirty outside (mud water from rain etc), but I was on a hurry to get the car, was my fault that I didn`t do a careful inspection prior to the car lease. I only used the car like for 15 hours, I only drived maybe 10 kilometers, when I delivered they guy spotted a dent on the driver door, truly believe me, I do not hit the car anywhere, the car was all the time on the garage, I only used for a single thing I was needing , this was something he already planned, unfortunately I got fooled and had to pay 150 bucks for that, but just you all be aware that, need to be very careful, if better run away from this car rental as they may try to find any way to charge you, that is my experience! Will never lease a car here on my life.

Francisco had terrible customer service. The car they brought out for me had so much wrong with it and dirty inside and out. Make sure they mark the gas reading correctly before you leave. Dont trust what the second guy says is ok. And mandatory insurance costs more than the car daily cost. Extra charge at pickup.

One of the worst experiences renting a car. False discounts . Overcharges on items, poor customer service
