Rasche Abwicklung, gutes Englisch, keine weiteren Versicherungen aufgeschwatzt weil alles schon von Europa gebucht, fast neues Auto. Weil über Mittag niemand anders da.

Pre booked crossover SUV online. I arrived after my specified pickup time and car was not available, was offered a sedan instead. After 2 hours Victor was able to find me the car I specified instead of having to take a sedan. Upon rental return tire sidewall had a tear and i was charged to replace tire (only drove 900 km out of 54k on the car). Alamo was a fair rental place given the reviews I've read from other travelers about shady car rental agencies at Tocumen/PTY.
