Cómodo a pesar de ser algo pequeño, buena atención y rapidez para ser atendido. Tal vez el defecto mayor son sus unidades de seguridad que a veces se creen, pueden avasallar al cliente y no lo tratan con el debido respeto.

To terminate your bank account is literally impossible. First of all: They do not allow me to enter the bank office with my translator and then when you are inside, they do not allow you to use your phone, so as a foreigner you will be totally handicapped.

There is plenty of money on my account but there was a charge of $3.95 which for whatever reason I needed to pay cash. Then the office sends a you away and you need to call a number. I never even used this account but they did charge me high fees every month.

The phone number you need to call is always busy and nobody answers. I already tried 2 different r numbers six times. Then I probably need to wait 15 (!!!) days for them to send me a form. Then I need to come all the way from Capira (?!!!?) to their little pretentious nonsense office to actually cancel the account. When I was upset about this, the bank employee just looked at me like this was “normal procedure” sickening and quite honestly this is not allowed by acodeco, they make it impossible for you to leave. Be extremely careful with these thieves.

Not serious, not professional, procedures highly ineffective and inefficient. Last but not least: unfriendly. There is really no reason to use this “bank”

I’m already busy with canceling this account for one week. It’s easier to get a car loan and graduate from university than to close a bank account in this fake financial institution.

Update: wow, 6 calls during 2 days and half hour waiting on the phone, they will send me a form! They won’t cancel yet, first they will send me a form. So efficient.

Update 2: After days of waiting and calling, they have finally sent me their childish form (information they could write down in the office or during our call, but they want me to fill in unnecessary papers). No follow up of course and now another 5 days have passed by without information nor confirmation.

No respetan a los clientes, que ya han iniciado algún trámites bancario, ya que ni siquiera se dignan en responderles los mensajes, ni llamadas, ni las preguntas.

Pésimo trato de los seguridad, la atención de los colaboradores buena.
