Leiza Secure Parking

Reliable, trustworthy and great service. We didn’t make a booking but we were still able to find a spot - I would suggest making a reservation for a weekend though, as they get full (you can do it via phone). It’s super close to the water taxi to bocas (1 min walk to Valencia transportation). We paid 15$ for 5 days.

Secure parking in Almirante, very close to the water taxis for Bocas, $3 dollars per day, safe and secure. Highly recommended!!
Si ce they have limited space I recommend to to reserve your place by calling or texting before you arrive.

This parking lot was very secure. Besides the fence and the guard they have two huge Rottweiler securing the parking area. We paid 12 USD for three days parking which is totally fair. Highly recommendthis place.

We parked at Leiza's for a few days and didn't worry about the safety of our car! Leiza is a pro and has a great reputation so she is busy. We called first to save a spot. We were completely satisfied with our experience.

We had a good experience parking here. It is extremely close to the water taxis, just a one minute walk. The staff person was kind and professional and gave us a receipt. It was $3 per night and you pay when you leave. Expect to be bombarded by people on bikes when you enter Almirante, they are attempting to guide you for a tip. We ignored them and drove right to Leizas, google maps has the correct address. We ended up tipping a bike guy $.50 anyway since he followed us and “guided” us to the taxi counter. The lot is small but there were plenty of spaces left when we arrived. For $3, the location and the kind owner it can’t be beat.

Leiza and her team helped us park quickly. She speaks Spanish and English. It's a short walk (100 yards/meters) from there to the ferries. When you get there, just pull over to the right just before the fence. If you don't see her outside, give your car horn a friendly toot-toot.

Be advised: there will be many "independent ferry and tour marketers" trying to "help" you. This "help" may even include opening Leiza's gate and guiding you into her parking lot. DO NOT PAY ANYONE except for Leiza or her assistant AFTER you return. Yes, you will tell her the number of days for parking and as of this review the price was $3 daily. You will get a receipt. Keep it intact and return with it for a quick checkout.

Highly recommend this place. They were friendly and gave information about what to expect. Most importantly we forgot a couple of expensive Bluetooth speakers on the top of our car and these guys were honest enough to hold onto them for us return them when we returned. Really appreciate the honesty and service!

We head such a good experience at Leiza‘s car park. At first we were a little uncomfortable handing over our car keys, but then the owner showed us a huge board with all the keys. We left our car there for three days and everything was exactly how we left it, including our luggage and kiteboarding equipment. Highly recommended to park your car here!

Perfect spot to park for the week if you are heading to any of the islands. Very friendly, they even helped us with a pump for our leaky tire upon our return. $3 per day, highly recommend

Great place to park for the water taxis.

We had a great experience when we went to Bocas del Toro at Leiza's. They've been there for years. Their parking lot is secure and we found our vehicle in the same condition as when we left it. The bicycle guys will intercept you as soon as you get near the docks. You can tell them that you want to go to Leiza's and they will guide you there (we tipped them).

We had a Panamanian young man help us to get to the water taxi after he told us the ferry did not run as scheduled due to cv19. He then told us of a couple of parking options for our car $7 a day and we hang onto the keys. Which we did. Or 3$ a day an the attendant hangs onto the keys. Very couteous young man. Honest n spoke great English.

Felt very safe leaving my car here for three days. Incredible value, and picking it up was a breeze. Leiza is very prompt and friendly, and the lot is a short walk away from the water taxi docks.

3$ a day to securely park your car or motorcycle in a fenced parking lot. 30 meters from where you can take the boat to Bocas Del Toro (price: 6$ to go, 4$ to come back from the island). The owner, Leiza, lives in the house in the parking lot, so someone is always there with the cars and motorcycles.

Fantastic! Safe and cheap. if you dont have a 4x4 dont take your car to bocas, not worth the worry. Everything is in perfect hands here
