Peaceful, perfectly positioned beside the Pacific Ocean an oasis for weary travelers in Panamá. The guesthouse is clean and nicely decorated with special touches of personal care the owners contribute to the property. Copious amounts of outdoor space as shown in our photos. Phil and Gloria keep the Panama Adventure property in tip top shape with handmade craftsmanship and beautiful decorations. Highly recommended.
Restaurants
There are at least three restaurants on the beach road but one serves delicious garlicky buttery sauce over shrimp or fresh fish and fried plantains. We drank the lemonada which is lime aid with cane sugar, this drink was refreshing and delicious.

A beautiful, tropical location to eat/stay right on the beach. The beach is clean and pretty much deserted. I will be back here to stay in the hotel.

When it’s low tide the clean sandy beach is very wide with some rock formations. Very impressive. It’s nice to walk towards the mouth of the river and enjoy the vast emptiness. The beach can be easily reached from Las Tablas on good paved roads. There are parking spaces right next to the beach. Don’t miss it.
