We booked 2 tours through our hotel. First was the Panama Canal, a must see. But 70$ a person, you could grab an Uber and do it yourself. The tour guide didn’t give much information (besides not being able to speak much English). Next was the rainforest tour, this time our tour guide was full of information but we were disappointed on the boat tour to see the monkeys. You don’t get off the boat, the driver drives like a crazy person, getting that dirty brown water in your mouth and face. Plus, you don’t need to fume us out with the smell of gas / fumes. Another 400$ for this tour….
For the price you charge, maybe be a bit more informative and make it worth while.

La experiencia es terrible, pésimo pero terriblemente pésimo servicio. Pagamos un paquete con casi 8 meses de anticipación y nos recogieron una hora tarde en TODO. Llegamos al aeropuerto con una hora de retraso en el vuelo y aún así el transporte llegó tarde. El conductor supuestamente nos venía a recoger a las 6:30 am del hotel para el puerto, son las 7:30 de la mañana y el transporte no llega. El viaje es de hora y media hasta el puerto colon y el chek in del crucero cierra a las 10 am. El peor servicio que nos han brindado para nada recomendado. No solamente no cumplen el intinerario, tampoco contestan ningun número telefónico. Te dejan practicamente botado.
