I contacted them via google chat and they were very helpful. They collected the laundry from the hotel and brought it back the next day.

Great laundry service! All clothes are clean, neatly folded and smell good. We even got a Whatsapp text message saying that our clothes are ready to be picked up. And price are very affordable (5$ per kilo, I think). I would definitely come back!
