Mobiltek | El Dorado

I am a British backpacker, travelling across Latin America and I highly recommend this phone shop for fixing any tech issues.

My phone broke in Costa Rica during a storm, when water got into my phone screen and the screen then turned blank. I have a OnePlus 6 (A6003 model) which is 4 years old, and after contacting 30+ different phone shops in Costa Rica, Panama, and Colombia on the route I was travelling, eventually a different phone shop recommended this place. When we messaged Mobiltek they turned out to be the only shop able and willing to order in my screen from abroad (which took 5-7 days, cost $90 US) and install it ($25 US) (note, this isn't a very popular model of phone in Latin America!)

It was difficult to find Mobiltek contact info online (it is +507 6800-0888) and communication over WhatsApp message was slow and sporadic. Eventually, I decided to WhatsApp call instead and got through to Mario, who actually speaks English as well, and then we sorted things quickly from there.

They are a really busy shop, and when I turned up to Mobiltek they actually sent me across the road to their sister store at Plaza Mirage. I dropped off my phone in the morning, and by late afternoon it was fixed, but I picked it up the next day.

Overall, really recommend as my phone works good a new now, just be patient - a few of the Uber drivers we used getting to/from knew of the store, so clearly it has a good reputation locally as well!

Simplemente el mejor lugar para reparar tu celular! Tambien tienen buenos precios en mercancía para Panama. He estado recomendando y viniendo aqui desde hace años.

Realmente tienda Electrónica con todas las amenidades que buscas desde juegos, cables y equipos para mantenerte al día. Además el servicio de reparación con el que cuentan brindan uno de los mejores servicios. Precio y Calidad extraordinaria.
