Parque RACH

After about eight times here, I will declare this as my favorite park. I have never seen any police presence but the place feels like the safest place in the city. You will notice that people are so polite and pleasant that it almost feels like a requisite to enter. Most of the visitors are families which helps to give it a certain atmosphere.

The very first thing that I was introduced to here were the turtles. There is a giant pond with dozens of turtles that swim toward you asking for food. They are not shy about it, either. It is very interesting because wild turtles tend to be shy and swim away. But in this park, they act domesticated. I have never seen such a thing. Stand on the side of the pond and they will quickly come to you.

Throughout the park you will find a row of food vendors, a couple of scooter rental kiosks, a performance stage, playgrounds with equipment, two dog parks, turtle pond and more. The place is incredibly lively at night with the sounds of children playing, reminiscent of an amusement park. Technically, though, it is a neighborhood park.

I would venture to set up a picnic with friends here. The lawn is that clean and pleasant. Among the types of food sold are burgers, ceviche, chicken wings, raspado, and many other things.

To enter the park is free. To park is also free.

A very complete park. The green area is growing and trees will give a much nicer look to it.

Hermoso, no es ruidoso, espacioso. Puedes comprar cosas como pop corn, raspado, ensalada de mango, obleas, algodón de azúcar; y también alquilar scooter y carritos. A veces hay actividades para niños, puedes llevar a tus mascotas. Y para los perritos hay un espacio específico en que puedes soltarlos y no se escaparán. 100% recomendado.

Un parque pequeño pero muy bonito y bien cuidado, le dan su mantenimiento para que se mantenga en buen estado.
