Todo parecía muy bien hasta que llega el momento donde parece que no quieren terminar el trabajo. Ya veremos. Existe un contrato y pruebas de pago, así que si no terminan, corte con ellos.

No entiendo para qué habilitan un teléfono si no lo contestan durante el horario laborable. Llevo más de 40 minutos llamando y no consigo respuesta alguna.
Aparte de que hace mas de un mes que estoy intentando contactarme con ellos a traves de su sitio web y tampoco he recibido respuesta.
Lo peor es que desaparecieron por 5 meses sin dar algun tipo de aviso ni información sobre la suspensión y/o reanudación de sus servicios.

I went here for a problem with one tooth. They said the only way to solve my problem was to:
1. Have the tooth pulled
2. Have a bone graph
3. Surgery to put an implant
4. Crown

Additional to that they said I also have 11 cavities in other teeth.

They quoted me $7000 but if I scheduled my appointment and paid a downpayment within 15 days they would give me a "discount" for a total of $5000.

I went home extremely panicked that my teeth were in such bad condition (according to them).

Luckily I had a trip planned to my home country the next week so took the opportunity to have a consultation there.

They did a full exam and the results were that I had ZERO cavities, and to fix my initial problem the solution was to simply have the tooth pulled and if in the future I wanted alternatives (like an implant) it could be done.

Maduro in Versalles very very bad practises. Scaring people into permanent treatments that are completely unnecessary. As a patient we put our trust in medical professionals, how terrible to take advantage of this trust. Not only are you giving your office a bad reputation but the entire medial professional.

Quería sacarme 1 muela de juicio y estaba contactándome con el Whatsapp de esta clínica y la persona encargada me dice que no puedo sacarme solo 1 muela, que tengo que sacarme 2 o 4 en la misma cita. Como la persona encargada del Whatsapp sabe que soy un buen candidato para sacarme 2 o 4 muelas al mismo tiempo si nunca fui por una consulta, no saben como se ve mi diente y mucho menos saben de mi historial medico. Ninguna clínica dental ética le va a sugerir a un paciente sacarse las 4 muelas de juicio todo en 1 día. Esta clínica esta muerto de hambre por dinero. solo quieren cobrar a costa de la salud del paciente. pura negligencia medica.
