Now this is a very nice place to work out. I went very early today and it was not too crowded. Maybe I'll keep going this schedule. Everything is very clean,the machines are in perfect condition. I love this place to work out.

Nice but some machine need more Oil. Rather be at midnight than Morning, afternoon or evening 😂🤣 The gym is all Yours at that time...

Great workout environment, you may want to avoid during sunny days due to the sun penetration directly inside and making it hot.

Me encanta, para mi uno de los más completos en Panamá. Lo único es que a las horas pico se llena mucho y lo que te demoraba 1hora de tu rutina te puede demorar hasta 2 esperando maquinas o mancuernas libres. Así que vayan en horarios poco concurridos para disfrutar mejor el workout.

Gimnasio/club bastante completo, cuenta con gran cantidad de máquinas para cardio (escaladora, remo, trotadora, elíptica, bicicleta fija), clases dirigidas en 2 ambientes, máquinas para levantamiento de peso y pesos libres. Duchas, corte de cabello. Excelente precio y comodidades.
