Lavanderia Don Clean #2

I dropped off a pair of pants for repair. When I came to pick them up at the time they told me, they couldn't find my item at first. The worker who serviced me the day before blamed her coworker for filling out the pick up receipt incorrectly (despite that I saw that she was the one filling it out the day before).

When they finally found the item, it turned out that it was not fixed. They claimed it was not their fault (who else's?). One worker seemed nice, but the one who was at fault really had an attitude and blamed me and her coworker for her own mistake. Mistakes happen. But the way she handled it made me give this bad review.

Lleve un saco para hacer un simple ruedo de 2 cm. No me quisieron tomar el pedido pero no podían explicarme porqué no lo hacían el trabajo tras varios intentos de consultar amablemente porqué no me podían hacer ese trabajo, la señora que atiende (cuando quiere), de dio vuelta y me dejo hablando sola. Poco profesional, poca intención de trabajar y de ser amable o empatica con las personas
