Great selection of Jewelry, I purchased my wedding ring there and absolutely loved it. Be careful with what they tell you because they sized my Damiani dual band wedding ring and said their work was lifetime guaranteed. I have since had it repaired 3 times (Once in Panama and twice at their partner TM Gems now called RMG in Miami) and now they stopped answering my calls, emails, and Whatsapp messages. I have been in communication with Adrian Jelenszky who said he would help find a solution, but now he is nowhere to be found.

I GIVE CREDIT WHERE CREDIT IS DUE AND I MUST SAY THAT THEY TURNED ME INTO ANOTHER SATISFIED CUSTOMER. I DID FEEL LIKE I WAS GETTING NOWHERE BUT ONCE ADRIAN WAS FINALLY ABLE TO HELP ME OUT, LETS JUST SAY HE MADE THINGS RIGHT. I DID NOT ERASE MY PREVIOUS REVIEW AND COMMENTS BUT DID WANT TO EDIT MY RATING TO 5 STARS. GOOD SERVICE IS HARD TO FIND NOW A DAYS, ADD AN ISSUE LIKE MINE INTO THE MIX AND IT WILL DEFINITELY TEST YOUR CUSTOMER SUPPORT. I AM PLEASED TO SAY THAT I WILL DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN. ADRIAN WAS VERY HELPFUL AND PROFESSIONAL THROUGHOUT MY ENTIRE ORDEAL (ONCE I FINALLY GOT THROUGH) IM SURE LIVING IN THE U.S. DIDNT MAKE THINGS EASIER.
