Friendly and helpful staff at Tocumen Airport, the car I booked was not available but I received an upgrade with a large SUV, less than 3.000 kms on the clock for which I waited around 15 minutes to pick up. Drop off was very fast. No one tried to sell me extra insurance. Good experience and ready to rent from Thrifty Panama in the future

Since I saw the bad review at the thrifty tocumen airport , I decided to try this one at the crown plaza. Where you can get free shuttle from the departure door 5, ask around and you will find a van!

La rentadora no está en el hotel crown plaza se mudaron a Torremolinos una calle cerca del hotel atrás. La gente fue muy amable pero sepan que al rentar te obligan a entregar el carro limpio adentro sin lodo y es temporada de lluvia que se ensucia muchísimo el carro. Por suerte lave el carro porque adicional te cobran extra sino lo entregas limpio y cobran un fee ridiculo de $7.99 adicional a lo que usas en la autopista o corredor y no te lo regresan así que figence bien cuando renten.
