We had a nice little layover on our way to Colombia. I love how close this is to the Panama Canal! Airport is clean. Decent seating. Nice and comfy there while we wait. Going through there again next week!

Excellent prices better than inside country

If you didn’t get to buy any perfume then this is the place to shop duty free

This is not an airport, it's a mall. I had to fly through Panama 3-4 times a year, this was a great place to walk around and go shopping. There was always something new to do, with great deals at the duty free.

Every time I fly to Panama, I always land here and I love it. I love how fancy it looks and I always see my family when they come to see me. And there's this huge red ball that says Claro outside the airport. I wanna come here every time and every summer!!!

Have a long layover? Leave the airport! US Citizens don't require a visa and there are tours that leave directly from the airport. The last departure of the formal tour companies is at 11:30am. However, after that you can rent a taxi for a private tour at the rate of $100 for 4 hours, with four people. Most go to the Canal (at Miraflores) and you can decide the other destinations. It's a pretty good deal!

Getting alot better, with all the new construction the shops are better and everything is cleaner. Been there 2 times so far and I'll choose my layovers there.

Easy. Laid back. And super easy to get Uber with just using wifi. Wifi does not work outside the airport though. Just call it. And walk out to the right car parking number which is super obvious.

Prices are 10% to 15% better than local, but you can find many hard or impossible to find items. We bought some perfume

The best liquor low prices

Finally learned how to take the 25 cent bus instead of the $30 taxi! Any tocumen bus leaves u right at the entrance. There is a well lighted and guarded safe covered walkway. Who knew! Transistmica, via españa n tumbo muerto buses will take u right back to the city!
