Absolute worst banking experience of my life. This branch is terrible! Wilfredo, the branch manager, is worthless and doesn't bother responding to emails. It took this branch over 72 hours to send a wire transfer. Yes, you read that right -- 72 hours. I could have flown to NYC with cash AND RETURNED faster then these clowns sent my funds. After the whole experience, the jerks refused to refund the fees nor acknowledge any part of the delay. AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!
