Fantastic hotel, professionals, and location! I would give 5+ stars if possible. The hotel is new, very clean, and spacious! There is no Holiday Inn in the US that compares. The staff are phenomenal! If you don’t speak Spanish, they will go far and beyond to accommodate your needs. They will even make phone calls for you in Spanish if you need the help. Incredibly genuine staff. The location has you within $3-4 of an Uber ride from anywhere in Panama City. The local restaurants are new, delicious, and welcoming. Thank you many times to the staff!

Nice location and good price. Breakfast is buffet although not a lot of options, still good. The rooms are confortable and they have an information desk in the lobby to help with taxis and other things

They let us have an early check in. Breakfast was included - good variety every day. We checked out at 1pm and they held our luggage for a couple of hours (free of charge), until it was time to go to the airport. Very friendly staff. Great location, safe neighborhood and good places for food nearby the hotel. Stayed for 5 nights. Would stay here again in the future.

Just spent 2 days at this lovely hotel everything was excellent from the room, amenities, food. The exceptional part is the staff Viviam,Gerardo, Gustavo at the front desk, And my bartender server Daniel. All were very personable and friendly. Thanks for the comfortable stay

Amenities are what you'd expect at a Holliday Inn. I've stayed at many and this is fairly typical. Parking was free which is a huge plus in a city environment. Service was great, especially the breakfast crew, they were very professional. Pool is small but good for kids or relaxing. Location is good, it was my first time in Panama and I didn't know what to expect. The area felt safe and we walked to numerous restaurants and shops from the hotel. It's a good base from which to enjoy the many attractions in the Panama City area

Very nice, well kept establishment with courteous and professional staff ready to serve you. Rooms are large, beds comfortable, bathrooms clean and the views impeccable. The amenities aren't the greatest compared to other Holiday Inns but the location is central and there's much to do within walking distance, or a short uber will get you where you want to go inexpensively.

Hosted a 50-person conference, and the hotel staff was impeccable in their communication leading up to the event. Then, when we arrived, they were "all hands on deck" to make sure we had everything we needed. All rooms were in great condition, all guest details were handled smoothly. Food at meals and coffee breaks were very good, and it was excellent to not have to think about those details at all.

We had excellent experience staying 7 nights at this Holiday Inn in Panama City. The room was spacious, clean, and quiet at night for sleeping. The breakfast buffet had sufficient choices and the food quality was good. The hotel even provided us with a fridge as extra so we could keep our food items. I would definitely come back again given the opportunity. Thanks!

The ONLY reason I am giving a 4 star to the rooms is because the showers do not get warm. Otherwise, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the food and drinks are wonderful as well! Lots of things to check out in the area as well.

Great location in the heart of Panama. Staff is very nice and professional. The buffet is amazing for the extra $10 in the mornings. Very easy to get extra nights. Rooms are super nice and clean. Highly recommended!

Great Place and the gentlemen working the front desk looking out the way to always make sure that things were taken care of. Who are the essentially located if you're here for a tourist stuff. A quick Uber ride to everywhere. Uber will take three people. Taxi from the airport was $20 negotiated from $40. An Uber would have been $6.

A really good hotel for a reasonable price. The breakfast was the best I had in Panama, and so was the staff. The only downsides
were no fridge in the room and heavy bathroom doors, hard to close.

Holiday Inn is great. It's super clean, the service is great, it's classy, has an awesome breakfast buffet and room service. It's central in the city too.

Had a great stay. Rooms were modern and clean. Beds were extremely comfortable and staff members Enock (hope I'm spelling it correctly) went above and beyond to accomodate.
