Democracy Plaza

A very nice park, great in night time as you can experience the beautiful skyline over Avenida Balboa. Kids play area, plenty of seating benches, gym equipment. It would have been great if there were more shaded areas but it is still a very nice plaza to visit. Well maintained and very clean. Highly recommend it.

Very clean, safe and well designed. It also has an amazing view of the Panama City skyline and the bay. This is a very family friendly space that anyone can enjoy. One of my favorite places to be in Panama.

Great neighborhood park with views of Punta Patilla, the ocean, old town and the skyline along Avenida Balboa. There are many benches and a workout area with exercise bars. This is also the start/end point of the Cinta Costera, a pathway for all (cycling, walking, running, etc).

A quiet corner in the heart of the city. An outdoor gym is located here.

Great place to have a walk or sit down and watch the sunset. Beautiful and open space with exercise machines and kids playground. Well maintained and kept. There's no immediate parking here but the ones at the cinta costera or the hotel next door. Hotel charges $5 for all day parking

This little park is located at the very beginning of the Cinta Costera across the street from the Harley Davidson Panama motorcycle store at the edge of Punta Paitilla. I absolutely love this park for its quaintness and awesome views of Panama Bay and the city skyline along Avenida Balboa.
