Péssimo serviço, empregadas pouco profissionais , cartão de crédito tem de ter passaporte físico.

unbelievably horrible experience.
the staffs in this store, they really need a customer service training.
I asked one of staffs if they have XS size for the dress I want.
She said they don’t have XS in Panama.
then… I found one mannequin wears XS size dress I asked for.
So I asked another staff that I want to try it.

Her answer was unbelievable….
She said “if I took this dress off from the mannequin, you have to buy it. If it is not promised, I can’t take it off. “

Wow…. This is the first time happening in my entire life…
I am very very disappointed and disrespectful feeling and unwelcome..

Pésimo servicio de entrega a "domicilio". El mensajero escribe para que lo estén esperando abajo y dice que no suben a tu casa, a pesar de uno contratar un servicio a domicilio, y permitirse la entrada en el PH! Después sube mi esposa molesta pq el mensajero le dijo que "no podía abrir la bolsa para ver la mercancía pq entonces no podría devolverlas después" cosa absurda pues precisamente para saber si tienes que devolver una prenda de ropa que está dentro de una bolsa pues tienes q abrir la bolsa. Y por demás, le dijo que no podía estar demorándose, mientras ella pagaba por ACH... No volveremos a comprar en Oysho y no recomendamos usar su servicio a domicilio.
