We use to rent a car Always from airport Albrook because we live in bocas and we came once a month in Panama, we never had problem with others car rentas, but my experiences with dollar was terrible, i rent a car for 4 days with basic cover that suppost to cover 2000 dollars car damage, from the begin the person Who attend us, mr Milton was really rude and unpolite.
When we return the car there was an invisible hit on the door, i try to undestand if basic cover could cover the líttle hit, should be but mr Milton say no, 👎 . He call his superior that try to say to him if was sure about the hit.
He was really disrespectful also with my husband, it was a mix of make fun of us, ii hope i can explain to the company how we fell. Anyway they remove 169usd from deposit. I dont advince this customer service

I will not rent from them again. I tried to tell them about damages when I took the car, but they just said no that is no problem. When we tried to return the car they were not there because there was only one person and he had to go somewhere. They charge you 3 dollars per day if you think you might use panapass and if you don't get that and you go through panapass then you get a 40 dollar penalty plus the panapass charges. Also you have to wash and vacuum the car before you bring it back. I think that is usually done by the companies and should be part of the charges you are paying. It was a pain to have to get the car washed. We are on vacation and don't have a lot of time.

Rented a vehicle and they attempted to give us an SUV for double the price. Accused us of smoking in the vehicle and charged an extra 100 dollars. Explained that we keep a trash bag in the car for litter and there were cigarette butts in it. Agent claimed that was the same as smoking in the car.

Att hyra bil är billigt men försäkringen är dyr för utlänningar, ca 900 $ för en månad!!! Du måste tvätta den både utvändigt och invändigt innan du lämnar tillbaka den, något vi aldrig varit med om tidigare när vi hyrt bil 😠
