Nothing to complain about. Booked online via a (German) booking agent. Already included was full insurance coverage. At the shop they did not attempt to sell any kind of additional coverage, spoke perfect English and were helpful. All cars on the lot looked absolutely new. My one (small sedan) was as well. Some 1.500 km before the trip.
Had a very small damage in the front shield for which I paid US$150 but later claimed back from my booking partner.

I actually rented there twice for two weeks each and can fully recommend.

The prices were very good. The employees were helpful and renting the car went much quicker than I thought it would.

Hice reserva por telefono, y Rafael me ayudó, proceso de recojo fue rapido y amable. Auto en buenas condiciones, nuevo, el proceso de entrega fué rapido y simple tambien. Esta sucursal está ubicada en un buen lugar, facil para tomar taxi o bus.
