Hotel Village View Nagarkot

Really nice budget room. Very clean, super comfy bed, clean on suite bathroom, and the best shower I've had in Nepal (hot and powerful). Friendly owner and staff. 5 minutes walk from sunrise viewpoint, 1km walk from bus stop in Nagarkot. On site restaurant with decent prices. Nice and quiet at area. Would definitely go back and recommend.

good hotel a bit away from the center of nagarkot, with a great view of sunrise from a viewpoint located just 5 minutes away from the hotel. The rooms were clean and the service was very good. One of the staffs also helped us with figuring out the hiking route down to dhulikhel although we ended up in the middle of the forest due to our random urge to wander upon the woods.

We have stayed with my family one night during our 3 day track and it was awesome. Owners are family and they are really friendly. We had nice talk in restaurant where is small fire place which helps during colder evenings :) food was super tasty (chicken mo:mo is must have). Rooms are clean, we had hot watter as well. All place is really quite and if you want to see one of the most beautifull sunrise you just need to get up in the morning and 5min from hotel is great view point.

The hotel is not far from the hidden sunrise view point, and a 10 minute walk to main market. The rooms are super quiet and you can hear sounds of nature. Staffs are friendly and the hot water is good.

Amazing place to stay with wonderful nagarkot view. The sunrise can be seen from the hotel itself and the spot for sunrise is not that far too its just 5 mins walking distance, however due to bad weather couldn't enjoy the sunrise or sunset scenery but planing to visit again in same hotel and enjoy the nature with amazing experience. Friendly staff, good food quality, hot water facility.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The room we had offered a breathtaking view of the valley from the balcony, which meant we were able to see the sun rise and set quite easily. It also makes it a great spot for birdwatching. Otherwise, if you are up for an early rise, there is also a view point a 5 min walk away where you can see the wider mountain range.

In terms of food, they serve both Western and Eastern food. (I highly recommend the tasty Nepali dishes!).

There are plenty of walks around that take you to other viewpoints and even one that loops around to nearby villages.

Lastly, the family/owners and wider team here are really something else. I fell ill and they looked after me with such genuine attention and care. I felt like I was member of their family. You’ll be in good hands if you stay here.

We had the most lovely stay here and couldn’t recommend it enough. Our favourite stay in Nepal so far. The whole hotel is super clean with all facilities offered and the rooms offer an amazing view. The family owning the hotel were beyond kind, informative and warm hosts. They made sure we had everything we needed and helped us out with the short, but uphill travel to the town (offering a complimentary trip to the Nagarkot bus stop). We were informed of the hiking trails nearby and a hidden viewpoint spot. The food at the hotel restaurant was great every time and we enjoyed a fresh breakfast every morning of our stay. Overall, a lovely place.

The best place by far to stay in Nagarkot. The rooms were super clean, food delicious, and the family who runs the hotel is extremely kind and hospitable. The hotel is situated on a trail from which we were able to get a beautiful view of the mountains and do some light hiking. I recommend this hotel 110%. Thank you all at Village View for such a great time.

A great value for money hotel with terrific views of the mountains on a clear day. Rooms are comfortable and clean, the owners and staff of the hotel are friendly, helpful and obliging and the food in the restaurant is delicious. I would have no hesitation in recommending this place to anyone seeking a quiet place in a stunning hill resort.

Nice Hotel with a great restaurant. Nice little lookout closeby to watch the sunrise. Other restaurants are a little walk away.

It's a really nice and peaceful place, you can choose the place for the peaceful location and good food, specially for hanging out with family.
