The cargo facility is best for the transportation of things all over Nepal.
All type of facilities are available such as hotel , restaurants, cafeteria, canteen , parking areas for the vehicles with great view of green nature inside the airport area.

A good airport near by India Border in Nepal. A neat and clean place as this is a domestic airport. A easy to rach place and views are great here. A totally greenery sorrounded place. Easy to checkin and Checkout place. Very fast airport services available here due to non busy place.

Arrived here in the evening... The waiting time fir luggage was ok... Clean toilets... Overall a nice airport

I recently had the opportunity to travel through Biratnagar Airport, and I must say, it was quite a pleasant experience. From check-in to boarding, the airport staff exhibited efficiency and courtesy.

The terminal itself was clean and well-maintained, with ample seating and facilities. The security process was organized and didn't cause any unnecessary delays. The departure and arrival boards were easily visible, making it convenient to keep track of flight information.

One aspect that stood out was the friendliness of the airport personnel. They were approachable and willing to assist passengers with any queries or concerns. The baggage handling was swift, and my belongings arrived in perfect condition.

While the airport isn't the largest, it served its purpose well. It's evident that efforts have been made to enhance the overall experience for travelers. The only minor drawback could be the limited dining options, but considering the airport's size, this is quite understandable.

Overall, Biratnagar Airport provided a smooth and hassle-free travel experience. Its efficient operation and friendly staff contribute to making journeys more enjoyable. I would gladly recommend Biratnagar Airport to anyone traveling to or from the region.

Biratnagar is a major center for business and industry, with a huge trade port with India, making this airport among the busiest in the country. Flights serve Kathmandu as well as airports in the eastern hills like Tumlingtar, Bhojpur and Terathum. Across the border in India is Jogbani, and Biratnagar can be accessed via this land border as well.

Only airport in morang so it is busy all the time.Agent and people are also helpfull.Police are also helpfull around there.
But the problem is you have to pay for parking but they come with bill when you leave😂Not when you enter but when you leave.
Other thing are fine with me coz its same all around nepal.

Biratnagar airport is one of the domestic airport of nepal located at plain belt.

Oh, the new arrangement is in progress but very few fans are there in waiting. Very difficult for the people from the cold weather.

Biratnagat airport is good, maintained.

Improved since last time. The waiting lounge lacks AC. Rest is okay for a regional airport. Late night flights are available to save time from overnight stay at biratnagar.

I was at this airport after 4 years, found lots of changes, sanitation and cleanliness was maintained, toilets were neat and availability of charging ports in waiting room was lifesaver on the go.

Biratnagar airport has been improved. Its waiting area, garden, security check, parking lot are now well managed. Canteens are clean. Overall the airport area is clean and full of greenery.

This airport is very basic one. Do not expect much from it. Although cosmetic changes with little upgradation is being done but it wont increase the efficiency and amenities of it. Highly understaffed. Toilets not cleaned frequently. Despite all shortcomings a beautiful n picturesque airport. All airlines staff are well behaved and helpful. No direct flight to Pokara at this moment. Eataries/Restaurents in and around airport are very costly and charge exorbitantly.

Biratnagar Airport is a domestic airport in Morang district of Nepal. It is also known as Gograha Airport. It is located 5 km away from Biratnagar. Biratnagar is the industrial capital and quite a populated city of Nepal.
Biratnagar airport in south-eastern Nepal is getting a Rs15-billion facelift that will add a new terminal and nearly double the length of the existing runway to upgrade to an international facility.
