thats not how it should be, this is over the top.

Ordered a set of parts and sadly usps lost them, the skirmshop team took excellent care of me and helped me out. New parts were on the way once a usps investigation was started and they communicated with me the whole way! These were not cheap parts either so these guys really went above and beyond to take care of me! Best place to get quaility sniper parts just about anywhere in the world.

The best customer service i have recived in like for ever! They helped me with an issue i had on my gun and even gave me spare parts incase it didnt work. First, I gave a bad rating because I had to wait a long time for the package. In reality, Skirmshop did their job properly and quickly. I have nothing but praise for them. If you order from outside the EU, expect to pay more for shipping, otherwise, you may end up waiting for the package for quite a while.

Good variety of products at this shop. Fairly reasonable costs for ordering internationally, with an extended delivery time if you’re not in a rush. Packaging could be a bit sturdier though, my delivery box was quite smashed but no items were lost or damaged.
