Waardeloze klantgerichtheid. Om 15:55 binnen komen in de winkel wetende dat die om 16:00 dicht gaat, maar wordt al niet meer geholpen terwijl ik met 5 minuten weer buiten had kunnen staan. Als iemand er dingen zouden willen kopen dan raad ik het bij deze echt af puur omdat ze (een ouder stel) totaal niet klantvriendelijk tewerk gaan.
