Very beautifull baby crib! Unfortunaly there was a little damage when it was deliverd. But thats not a problem voor Hola BB! With their great & friendly custumor service they send us a new part. Thanks Hola BB for the beautifull stuff and great service!

I asked a question regards an issue with our crib via Instagram. They kindly asked me to contact them via email. After less then a day I got a reply and after less then a week a replacement piece was shipped. Should be arriving here shortly!
Nice change to not have to go back and forth but to be helped in a quick, efficient and very kind way!

We ordered the Woodies Noble Vintage 2 in 1 Cot Bed and noticed a gap on one of the headboards that was causing the entire cot to shake. After speaking to Anne who initially helped me with my purchase, a claim was put in and a new headboard was received all within the span of 3 weeks. The customer service has been amazing and every question and or concern was dealt with almost immediately. Would highly recommend! We are extremely happy with our beautiful cot bed!

I ordered a newborn gift and gift card for friends who live in Amsterdam. The HOLA BB staff was very prompt and helpful in responding to questions about delivery, etc. I definately recommend and wish I could be there to shop with my friends for their new little one!

We had a great experience with Hola BB. Their products are so cute but we noticed there was a bit of a gap on one side of the crib. It had been months since we had ordered the crib before we actually set it up so we hadn't noticed, but once we let them know, they were very quick to send us a replacement piece.

We will definitely be shopping with them for our baby needs in the future.

It is one thing to have a nice website and nice products. It is another to solve issues on the go, and for that I give them 5 stars! Ok, the products are amazing, but it was only when I noticed that I had received the wrong product months after ordering it (and receiving it) that I got to experience their excellent customer service. They updated me about the process with their vendor, they solved the issue and they did this effortless! Looking forward to receiving the new piece so we can continue enjoying the Noble Cot for a couple of more years.

I ordered on the webshop but accidentally the wrong size, I called spoke to Olivia who was so lovely and was able to change the size over the phone and send it straight away rather then have to receive the wrong size and send it back (This would happen with Zara Etc) the customer service was great and really happy with the product! I also ordered my daughters matress from here a few months ago and again great product and very helpful advice! Really recommend

Ordered an adorable baby outfit from the United States to be delievered in Amsterdam and the owners were beyond helpful in seeing this through.

Good customer service (when you have questions - for example about de formaldehyde emission class of the wooden cot, which turned about to be great with <0.5) and lovely designed products! Also great you can buy a bed that will work from 0mos to 7 years :-).

Add a great experience ordering from Hola BB. Everything got shipped to France super quickly and when I had a question about one item, the customer service was very helpful and responsive. I would definitely order again!

Before ordering a co-sleeper I called the store to ask some questions about the product, when everything was clear I ordered it through the website and less than 24h after I already have it at home.

I discovered this shop online as I was looking for a retailer of the English brand SNUZ. I ordered the SnüzPod4 with the accessories to France.
The shipment fees are so reasonable and the delivery was perfectly on time with an online tracking number. I received my order in less than a week. I also forgot to add the bedsheets and contacted the client service the same day to add them to my order. They were so reactive and professional and they added the item to my order without any extra shipment fees. I received the link to pay my order and the client service was very fast.
