Helaas moest ik na slechts een paar weken gebruik van een jas contact opnemen met de klantenservice vanwege een defect. Ondanks duidelijke foto's en herhaaldelijke verzoeken, kreeg ik geen passende oplossing aangeboden. Het voorstel om de jas retour te sturen (waardoor ik zonder jas zou zitten) of opnieuw te betalen voor een nieuwe jas en te wachten op terugbetaling van de eerste. Onacceptabel. De standvastige houding en het gebrek aan klantgerichtheid hebben mij teleurgesteld. Ik bestel niet meer wat bij Leads, en raad het eenieder ook af.
