I bought a Cervélo Caledonia 5 bike, a POC helmet and Specialized S-Works Torch shoes.
I'm extremely satisfied with the service. I had a great experience buying the bike. The delivery was fast. Jens (bike shop manager) brought the bicycle, three types of helmets and three sizes of shoes including inserts to my home in Italy. With this I could make a comfortable choice of the correct helmet and shoes, instead of buying online and not getting the perfect items. He mounted the cleats on the shoes, did a mini bike fitting service and explained all the details of the bike.
We also did two rides together in the mountains to make sure everything is fine with the bike.
They are professional, serious and caring.
This is my LOCAL BIKE SHOP even if it is 1200 km away. For me, service and care are more important than same day delivery. I'm happy and extremely satisfied!!

Vakkundig en zeer prettig geholpen door Wessel. Luisterend naar mijn wensen onder het genot van een echte kop koffie was de juiste fiets snel gevonden en precies mijn maat op voorraad. Zaterdagochtend uitgekozen, zaterdagmiddag klaar om afgehaald te worden inclusief alle accessoires met een perfecte uitleg over alles.

Erg goed geholpen met de aanschaf van mijn eerste racefiets! Medewerkers zijn erg vriendelijk, behulpzaam en vakkundig. Ze komen met een goede prijs-kwaliteitverhouding fiets aan dat aansluit op mijn budget en wensen. Daarnaast de Bikefit test uitgevoerd om met een goede houding te kunnen fietsen. Kortom goede service en aanrader!

Vakkundig en snel geholpen. Ik heb onze fietsen op korte termijn kunnen laten afstellen terwijl ik wachtte in de winkel. En dat voor een nette prijs. De monteurs hebben me ook goede tips gegeven.

Ik heb hier over een span van circa 3 jaar 2 fietsen gekocht. Ze nemen de tijd om je persoonlijk te helpen, en geven daarin goed advies. De zaak ziet er mooi uit, en de koffie is ook goed.
Tot nu toe veel plezier beleeft aan de fietsen die ik hier heb gehaald en ook tevreden over het onderhoud dat ze doen.
Mijn volgende fiets zou ik hier zeker weer halen!
