Yesterday I came over to Zjon's guitar store check out a charvel guitar. After a welcome with coffee I started to test play the guitar. Zjon just took the guitar out of the box, so he didnt have time to check the setup thoroughly. I noticed a slight offset of the neck. Zjon then took apart the neck and alligned it perfectly. It now plays like a dream. I am now a happy owner of this guitar!

I can't say enough good things about the guitar-buying experience with Zjon - he's responsive, attentive, informative, and a funny guy to top it all off. Zjon gave me a great deal on a US-made guitar, I actually ended up saving money over what I would have paid for the same guitar stateside! I'd really like to emphasize the support he provided during the shipping process - a certain major shipping company that will remain nameless fumbled several times once the guitar was in the US and clearing customs. Zjon was there through every step of the process to ensure the guitar got to me safe & sound, in spite of the shipping company's best efforts ;-) You can't go wrong buying from Zjon!

I was looking to buy specific ESP guitar for over a year. It was sold out everywhere, but I found it at Zjon's. Zjon was very kind and professional, and we quickly made a deal. Even though the courier screwed up the paperwork, and shipment had to be returned, he shipped it with another courier and I got my dream guitar, along with pack of delicious stroopwafels :) I look forward to buy from him again.

I didn't know the store or its director, Zjon, I was able to discover them thanks to a common contact during my search for a mayones guitar : Best purchase I could have made! The guitar is a monster, a 7 string regius with a gorgeous blue with a surgical finish. Not to mention the guitar, Zjon and his team have shown speed, very particular care and little attentions that you won't find at major distributors (I won't spoil you so that you appreciate even more when you will receive your instrument). I was able to talk with him through the different stages and I had no problem from start to finish, I highly recommend.

Bought a Charvel from the store online and I have to say the service was fantastic start to finish. The owner himself was super responsive, and went out of his way to make sure I had what I needed and I knew what was happening with the new guitar. They set it up to my wishes, and even chucked in some stroopwafels! I would not hesitate to recommend this store and will be using them again in the future.
