Altijd goed advies en snelle levering, fijne shop!

Not a leaving-bad-reviews person but I really don’t like it when the shop just ghosts you. At first when I requested an exchange and after I have paid for the shipping and all that. They just partially refunded me. I waited another two weeks before I asked them about it and only then they realized that they made a mistake. I eventually got my order after I returned the refund but this is what I received: a bottle with a broken lid?? The worst is really that they chose to ignore my emails from that point on. So called “quality shop” huh?

Erg slecht eerst sturen ze een compleet ander model zonnebril. Daarna wel de goede maar.... Is de bril niet geheel voorzien van het printje die de bril hoord te hebben. Kwaliteit is dus erg ver te zoeken. Eigenlijk niet eens 1 ster waard

Zeer teleurstellend. Na 6 dagen te wachten op mijn bestelling krijg ik ook nog maat 44 binnen terwijl ik maat 34 heb besteld.
Laatste bestelling bij dit bedrijf.
