Die bestellte Ware wurde schnell geliefert und funktioniert einwandfrei.
Es wurde allerdings ein Produkt bei der Lieferung vergessen, wofür der Preis aber nach einer kurzen E-Mail an den Kundensupport unkompliziert und noch am selben Tag an mich zurückerstattet wurde.
Daher eine klare Empfehlung!

Mehr als einen Stern kann ich leider nicht geben - sechs Mal (!) habe ich um einen Rückruf zwecks Warenrücksendung gebeten, jedes Mal wurde man am Telefon freundlich mit dem Hinweis auf einen Rückruf abgewiesen. Der After Sales Bereich ist in diesem Unternehmen nicht zu empfehlen!
