Wat een fantastische service geeft deze winkel. Ik was te laat voor de verzending van die dag, dus ik belde even of de Sylvanian Families voor mijn dochter misschien toch de volgende dag zouden kunnen worden bezorgd. Nou, dat ging helaas niet meer, maar die vriendelijke mijnheer stelde voor dat hij zelf zou regelen dat het pakket diezelfde avond nog langs gebracht zou worden! Zo gezegd zo gedaan. Heel blije dochter, speelgoed op tijd binnen waardoor het meekan op vakantie.

Zeer tevreden. Mooie concurrerende prijzen. Het was mijn eerste bestelling. Deze werd snel verzonden en is keurig verpakt en compleet geleverd.
Zat zelfs en klein extraatje bij.
Ik kom snel weer terug bij deze shop om mijn Sylvanian verzameling uit te breiden!!
