Staffs are very kind. The store is massive, you can see lots of e-bikes here. Compare to other stores, the price of e-bikes are much cheaper!

One of the best online shops I have ever used (I don't mean only bikes - in general). Lots of information, constant order tracking, very high quality of merchandise and services. And, of course, friendliness.
Prices are sometimes high too, but "A miser pays twice".
Highly recommended.

I ordered a TREK bike from 12GO Biking, with some accessories. Everything came fast and as agreed - exactly as advertised. This shop is more or less invisible - it simply works! Go for it and you can't be wrong. I definitely would when the time comes.

I purchased an electronic device during Black Friday weekend. As a part of the deal, it should have come together with a multitool gift. However the gift was not in the package. I called them and they shipped the gift to my address the next day. Very good and fast service.

After weeks and weeks of online search and going into small shops having a small selection, no way of trying and less than optimal customer service I've found 12GO Biking. It is 68Km from home but why not?
Went there with a short list of 3 bikes and tried them all, had great advice. Tried them again. Selected some accessories and off I went to the waiting area for a cup of coffee while the bike and accessories get assembled. When the bike was ready I've tried it again. Enough space for it is priceless. I've loaded the bike on the car and left with absolutely sure that I will be back. This is the real One Stop Shop.

Perfect service. I wanted a bike they had in storage and I was able to take it home the same day. They measure you up and adjust the bike accordingly. Honestly don't know which should get the best rating..... the 12GO Biking service or the KOGA bike i happen to own since this afternoon.
Well, the service may need to wait till 'after sales service' and the bike needs to get some miles under the saddle, pedals & wheels. For now i'm happy with both first impressions.

Once an order has been placed (Bike) 12GO reached out to confirm availability and the match of the order. As our bikes had to be shipped an appointment was made to find a time and date.
The bike came prepared and ready to be ridden! Even the tire pressure was correctly adjusted.
After the first few month and the first service became due, the 12GOBiking team will kindly reach out to remind you for that! Excellent!!!

Also ordering accessories is quite nice - items will be shipped immediately and are used to arrive the next day according 12Go‘s service agreements...
