Onvriendelijk personeel, open verpakkingen en een rommel op alle tafels op een doordeweekse dinsdag buiten vakanties. Als je als 7.5 maand zwangere klant de winkel verlaat omdat het er te druk is en veel te benauwd en bij het verlaten bij de deur je mondkapje af doet, word je door de verkoopster nageroepen of je dit buiten pas wilt doen.... maar de klanten in de winkel die geen afstand bewaren en het mondkapje onder hun kin hebben hangen worden niet aangesproken. Teleurstellend.

In outlet 10 euro meer betaald voor pyjama dan in de gewone winkel. Begrijpe wie begrijpen kan. Flink in het zak gezet. Outlet? Outletprijs?
