Easy comfortable hotel. Friendly, helpful staff, excellent breakfast, huge variety and attentive staff .

Comfortable rooms, well concealed shower! Nice when into it though.

Overall, a pleasant comfortable experience which included a display of freshwater turtles...

I stayed for a business purpose and I am very satisfied with the location, staff and service of the hotel. It is near the Brightlands Chemelot campus where all my business events were held and is only a 10 minute walk.
The surroundings are perfect so you can enjoy a walk around and see the beautiful village of Urmond

We actually stopped twice at this hotel for the Tesla Supercharger. First time we only went in in for coffee and the second time we had lunch as well. The ambience is great! The restaurant looks nice and modern, but warm. And the personnel is really friendly and helpful. The lunch we had on the second stop was really tasty and quite a lot (some of us had to take doggy bags). Would stop here absolutely again if we drive by.

Nice modern very busy hotel / restaurant, with a Tesla supercharger. Nice variety of food (all you can eat live cooking or a la carte), both indoor and on the spacious sunny terrace. Friendly service. Well priced dishes.

I slept here while charging. The reception was very friendly and helpful. I arrived after midnight and asked for a room near to the charging station. They gave me a room opposite the charging station with a garden door, so I could get to the car very easily.
The room furniture was dated, but it was clean and spacious.
The bathroom was clean (bath and shower), only the rainshower head was dusty and the water splashed everywhere. Also the hose of the handshower was broken. When I left I announced it and they took notice of it in their system.
I'll try this hotel next time for sure. Maybe also their restaurant and sport facility.

Great-size bedroom with bath and separate shower. Breakfast had amazing choices. Delicious food. Nearby Maasmechelen village so ideal to stay for a shopping weekend. We will definitely come back.

I spent 3 nights at the hotel. The building is huge and it offers several meeting rooms for every business need. The catering service is good as well as the food they serve. The double room i slept in was clean, even if i didn't appreciate the carpet floor that is not in line with the overall high quality of the structure.

A fancy hotel it is! I have not slep there but the lobby is beautiful and overal it has a pretty impressif impression , sure a place where you can overnight and and enjoy the luxurity :) I had ate buffet there and have to say it is delicious and can't complain about it at all. Food was at a good temperature and they had enough choices. I also ate sour meat (zuurvlees) , haven't had such good meat in other restaurants. Beside that the staff is friendly , and act as they have to be. And if that isn't even enough, they've got turtle what are enjoyable to watch ^^

Zaterdagavond diner buffet met Live cooking. Great food, nice variety. Spacious seating area and friendly staff. Buffet for 2.5 hours = € 35,-

Dinner with friends. Great atmosphere, wonderful food with excellent presentation. Very friendly and courteous staff and beautiful singing of Christmas songs. Great Christmas Eve dining experience.

Do you need rest and eat dinner? and in the morning you need a delicious breakfast? I recommend a quality room that is average but enough. bathroom with shower and a comfortable bathtub

The hospitality is amazing and the number of young people yust starting their career is amazing, wery god quality for the monney and wery warm atmosfere, highly recomended, if USA would be Netherlands, the Hilton hotel would be VAN DER VALK HOTEL with capital letters ✌🍀

We always go there for our family xmass diner. The food is very good in a nice xmass setting. The service is very good and very polite . Very recommended and the prices are not to bad.

Terrace is great! Of course Tesla supercharger and you can do some really good exercise here. Service is very good!
